• Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations.

The materials on Sound of Nature's website and at our events are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sound of Nature makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Sound of Nature does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

9. Media Release

By attending Sound of Nature events, you grant permission to Sound of Nature to use your likeness in photographs, video recordings or electronic images in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. You understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Sound of Nature and will not be returned.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
